1. Service Agreement

By using ARCCoach services, you agree to these terms. We provide professional ARC Raiders boosting services including leveling, materials farming, trial completion, and PRO player rental.

2. Account Security

For Piloted services, you grant us temporary access to your ARC Raiders account. We use premium VPNs and secure practices. You remain responsible for your account's security before and after service.

3. Service Completion

We commit to completing services within estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to game updates, server issues, or unexpected circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Cryptomus or Lava.top. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is required before service commencement.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Chargebacks after service completion
• Account sharing during active service
• Requesting services that violate game terms
• Harassment of our staff

6. Liability

ARCCoach is not liable for account bans, data loss, or in-game issues resulting from your use of our services. While we take every precaution, account security cannot be 100% guaranteed.

7. Game Compliance

Our services are provided in coordination with Embark Studios. We operate within acceptable community standards for ARC Raiders.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
