Refund Eligibility
- Before Service Starts: Full refund available if service has not yet begun
- Service Issues: Partial or full refund if we cannot complete the service due to technical issues on our end
- Incorrect Order: Full refund or correction if order details were incorrectly processed
Non-Refundable Situations
- Service completed as ordered
- Account ban due to customer's previous actions (not related to our service)
- Customer provides incorrect account information
- Customer changes their mind after service has started
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact support@arccoach.pro with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all issues amicably. If you're unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate through your payment provider's dispute process.
